Fourteen years ago, I made the life-changing decision to move to the enchanting regions of Tuscany and Umbria, drawn by their timeless beauty and rich culinary traditions. My journey into the world of food began with a deep curiosity that led me to complete certifications as a wine and olive oil sommelier and a master’s degree in nutrition.
Cooking has always been my passion, and I’ve found my greatest joy in the art of healthy, Italian cuisine. At the heart of my philosophy is a commitment to using organic, high-quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. I believe that great cooking starts with respect for the land and the ingredients it offers.
