As the founder of Slow Cooking School, Alina combines her expertise in traditional cooking methods with her love for teaching. She believes in the power of food to bring people together, and her hands-on classes are designed to create not only delicious meals but also lasting memories.

Her artistic background shines through in her approach to cooking, where she views every dish as a work of art. Her passion for Italian cuisine runs deep, rooted in her family heritage and a lifelong love of exploring flavors and techniques.
