PERFECT CLASS, HANDS-ON AND DELICIOUS
The class starts with tasting organic olive oil made right there on the farm and comparing it to other types. Alina then gets everyone involved right away. Our class made pasta from scratch and then formed them into various shapes. Everything we cooked was delicious. Alina answered all questions as well as guided us gently. All this plus every ingredient fresh and the setting is beautiful in Umbria. All at the farm (including three big labs and a beautiful little girl) are welcoming, speak good English, and share their knowledge readily. Perfect.
