Friselle
We love to make friselle when in summer the weather is too hot!
It is really a refreshing snack low calories.
Friselle are made by a natural bread cooked 2 times in the oven. They appear very hard, but as soon as you re-birth them with water they become softer!
Just water flour and toasted yeast! What else for a very light but tasty snack!
For the condiment, i love to add just some organic extra virgin olive oil , or cherry organic tomatoes chopped fine with sea salt, garlic and basil.
If you don’t have basil is also good dry oregano.
