Slow Tiramisu

Tiramisu', in English, pull me up!

This is one of the most typical Italian dessert very easy to do also for kids. It comes from Treviso in the Region of Veneto Region where they use to say: "tirame su".

INGREDIENTS: For 6 servings

400 g Pavesini or Gentilini biscuits the best are the named Novellini.

500 g Mascarpone cheese

300 ml Coffee (or 8 little espresso cup)

6 tea spoon of  Sugar

5 organic Eggs medium size

Unsweetened cocoa powder and chocolate chips

Directions:

First of all, make a good coffee with an Italian Moka.

First of all divide the yolks by the white in 2 bowls.

Add  sugar in the yolks.

Let the coffee stay in the fridge or cool it before using it.Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture is light and creamy.

Add Mascarpone  cheese and mix until a you will have a homogeneous blend.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites. It is ready when you try to  turn upside down and it doesn't fall down.

Mix  the orange cream with  the white cream.

Make a first layer of the final cream  in the serving bowl (flat) .

Add some chocolate chips and chocolate powder.
Soak biscuits into the coffee and than make with theme a second layer.

Proceed adding more layers as you like (minimum 2).

Leave the tiramisu in the fridge one hour before serving
