Spaghetti alla Chitarra with tomatoes
Ingredients
elephant garlic or kissing garlic if you have otherwise regular garlic - half cloves
Chili
Anchovies
Cherry tomatoes
Evo oil
Breadcrumbs if you like
Directions:
Brown the chopped garlic and anchovies and chili in hot oil in a pan.
As soon as the garlic starts to sizzle, add the breadcrumbs until they are very crispy.
Add tomatoes, and cook for 5 minutes
